All costs associated with travel and document preparation are included the one-time cost, limiting the exposure for the municipality in terms of budgeting. If the municipality or organization already has design guidelines in place that can be utilized by MuniGuides as a starting point, pricing for this site visit can be negotiated.
The pricing outlined in the charts below for one-time fees will provide the community or organization with the following services:
Often our clients need additional hours of consulting, rounds of guideline edits annually or additional on-site visits. Outlined in the below "Additional Services" graph are the fees associated with work above and beyond the one-time fee design guidelines preparation.
Additional services will be billed on a “net 30” account with the client. If these additional services are included in the annual contracting, special pricing is available and can be negotiated.
